1. Overview
Spin For Cash! A Charity Prize Drawing ("Spin For Cash") is operated by the Live Like Cash Gaudio Foundation ("the Foundation"), a Virginia 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By purchasing entries, donating prizes, or using the Spin For Cash website located at Spin.LiveLikeCash.org ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or participate in the prize drawing.
2. Eligibility
Participation in Spin For Cash is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. You must be a legal resident of the United States. You must provide a valid name, email address, phone number, and mailing address at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and board members of the Live Like Cash Gaudio Foundation and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes but may purchase entries as donations.
3. How to Enter
Entries may be purchased online at Spin.LiveLikeCash.org. Each entry costs $20.00 USD. Each entry places the participant's name on the prize wheel one (1) time. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may purchase. Each entry puts the participant in the drawing for all available prizes. Entries may be purchased by one individual on behalf of another, provided the name and contact information of the intended entrant are submitted. All entry purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to the cancellation or postponement of the event.
4. Entry Deadline
Entries will be accepted until a cutoff time to be announced prior to the live drawing on May 20, 2026. The Foundation reserves the right to set and adjust the entry cutoff time at its sole discretion. Any entries submitted after the cutoff will not be included in the drawing, and the purchaser will be contacted regarding a refund or conversion to a direct donation.
5. Prize Drawing
The Spin For Cash prize drawing will take place live on May 20, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM Eastern Time at London Downs Golf Club, 1614 New London Road, Forest, VA 24551. The drawing will also be streamed live on LiveLikeCash.org, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
For each prize, the prize wheel will be spun one time. The name on which the wheel's pointer lands will be declared the winner of that prize. A separate spin will be conducted for each individual prize. Winners are not removed from the wheel after winning. A single participant may win multiple prizes. The order in which prizes are drawn will be determined by the Foundation at its sole discretion.
The Foundation uses a digital prize wheel that assigns equal probability to each entry. The selection process is randomized and based on chance. No skill is required to win.
6. Prizes
All prizes are donated by third-party businesses and individuals. Prizes are described on the Site to the best of the Foundation's knowledge based on information provided by the donor. The Foundation makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality, condition, value, or fitness of any prize. Prize values listed on the Site are estimated retail values provided by the donor and may not reflect actual market value.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified by the prize donor. The Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Prize availability, descriptions, and values are subject to change without notice.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment
Winners will be announced live during the drawing broadcast on May 20, 2026. All winners will also be notified via the email address and phone number provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) calendar days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and the Foundation may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner or donate the prize to a future event.
Winners are responsible for coordinating prize pickup or delivery with the Foundation or the prize donor. Any costs associated with travel, shipping, taxes, or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated in the prize description.
8. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the Foundation may be required to report the prize value to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and may request the winner's Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes (Form W-2G or 1099-MISC). Failure to provide the required tax information may result in forfeiture of the prize. The Foundation recommends that all winners consult with a tax professional regarding their individual tax obligations.
9. Publicity
By participating in Spin For Cash, you grant the Live Like Cash Gaudio Foundation permission to use your first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional and publicity purposes, including but not limited to announcement during the live broadcast, social media posts, email communications, and the Foundation's website. If you wish to decline publicity, you must notify the Foundation in writing prior to the drawing.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Live Like Cash Gaudio Foundation, its officers, directors, board members, volunteers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with participation in Spin For Cash or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Foundation is not responsible for technical failures, website outages, interrupted internet connections, errors in the entry process, unauthorized access to entry data, or any other technical issues that may affect participation or the drawing.
11. Indemnification
By participating, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Live Like Cash Gaudio Foundation, its officers, directors, board members, volunteers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your participation in Spin For Cash, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your acceptance or use of any prize.
12. Charitable Purpose
Spin For Cash is conducted exclusively for the charitable purposes of the Live Like Cash Gaudio Foundation. 100% of net proceeds from entry purchases are used to fund scholarships for student-athletes. Entry purchases may not be fully tax-deductible as charitable contributions because participants receive the chance to win a prize in exchange for their payment. The Foundation recommends consulting with a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your entry purchase. The Foundation will provide documentation of your purchase upon request.
13. Cancellation or Modification
The Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Spin For Cash prize drawing at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, insufficient entries, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond the Foundation's control. In the event of cancellation, the Foundation may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds, reschedule the drawing, or convert entry purchases to direct donations to the Foundation. The Foundation will make reasonable efforts to notify all entrants of any material changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to Spin For Cash or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
15. Changes to Terms
The Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in Spin For Cash after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
